Delivery Options
- Standard UK (2–4 working days): £3.95 (free over £60)
- Express UK (next working day): £6.95 — order by 1pm
- International: Available on request — contact us for a quote
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Hire Deliveries
Hire items are dispatched to arrive the day before your booking start date. A prepaid return label is included. Return within 24 hours of your booking end date.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on all products. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Warranty & Repair Guarantee
All Haven products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within two years, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately.
Faulty Products
Manufacturing faults are covered indefinitely (within reasonable use). Wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered by warranty — but spare parts are usually available to fix these.
Data We Collect
We collect only what's needed to process your order: name, email, delivery address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we never see your card details).

Your Rights

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing.
