How do I order spare parts?
Visit our Spares page — all replacement parts are listed with the product they fit. Add to cart and order just like a normal product.
My product is still under warranty — what do I do?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll assess and either send a replacement part or a replacement product free of charge.
Can I return a hire item early?
Yes — return it any time. We'll refund unused full days (day rate, not partial). See the Hire page for full terms.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently UK-only for standard orders. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.
Can I repair a product that's out of warranty?
Absolutely — that's the point. Every Haven product has a spares catalogue and free repair guide. You own it, you can fix it.
