Hire Terms at a Glance
Booking & Payment
- Book online or by phone. Minimum 24hr notice required.
- Full hire fee charged at booking. Deposit held, not charged, until return.
- Cancellations 48hr+ before start: full refund. Under 48hr: 50% refund.
- Extension requests: subject to availability. Contact us before your end date.
Return & Damage
- Return within 24hr of end date using our prepaid label.
- Deposit refunded within 3 working days of item inspection.
- Normal wear: no charge. Damage beyond normal use: charged against deposit.
- Lost or stolen items: full replacement cost charged.
